Cooking without Flame: Mixed Sprouts Chaat

I have worked on two recipes for  Cooking without Flame competition in school Mixed Sprouts Chaat Ingredients Mixed Sprouts: 1 cup Finely grated carrot: 1/2 cup Paneer cubed: 1/2 cup Onions finely chopped: 1 Green chillies finely chopped: as per taste Tomato finely chopped: 1 Salt and Pepper to taste Lemon Juice to taste Moong Dhal Method Take sprouts and moong dhal in a deep bowl Add small cubes of paneer, onion and greel chilli Sprinkle some lemon juice Your Sprouts Chaat is ready!

Aloo Chaat

Aloo Chaat Ingredients 16 boiled and peeled baby potatoes 1 small onion 1 small tomato 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tsb chopped coriander Salt as needed Method Peel the onion and cut small pieces  Cut the tomatoes into small pieces Cut the boiled baby potatoes horizontally Combine the potatoes, onions and tomatoes, then mix well. Add  the lemon juice, chaat masala, coriander, a little salt and toss well Your Aloo Chaat is ready!
