Cooking without Flame: Mixed Sprouts Chaat

I have worked on two recipes for Cooking without Flame competition in school
Mixed Sprouts Chaat

Ingredients

  • Mixed Sprouts: 1 cup
  • Finely grated carrot: 1/2 cup
  • Paneer cubed: 1/2 cup
  • Onions finely chopped: 1
  • Green chillies finely chopped: as per taste
  • Tomato finely chopped: 1
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Lemon Juice to taste
  • Moong Dhal

Method

  • Take sprouts and moong dhal in a deep bowl
  • Add small cubes of paneer, onion and greel chilli
  • Sprinkle some lemon juice
  • Your Sprouts Chaat is ready!
