Thanks to KSRCT for the amazing 3D printing course

Image
On March 21, I returned home after finishing my 10th class board exams. I was ecstatic and anticipated having a wonderful holiday season. My mom had taken me to visit KSR College of Technology along with my brother, Yoogesh. I was excited about it and felt extremely delighted about it. I was taken to the Idea Lab and given a tour by the principal, Gopalakrishnan Sir, and Bharani Mam. It offered excellent amenities, such as a computer lab, a laser printing lab, a UV resin printing lab, a metal cutting lab, a wood printer, and a 3D printing facility. Visiting Idea Lab with Principal Dr.Gopalakrishnan When I first entered the lab, I was amazed. In particular, 3D printing piqued my interest. Gopalakrishnan Sir allowed me to visit the lab every day after noticing my curiosity. This had me incredibly pumped up. I started going to college every day. I would travel on the college bus. I learned a lot in only a few short weeks thanks to the lab supervisors, Srinithi mam and Kathiresan Sir...

A Smile

Hidden beneath the veils of sorrow, Waiting for a wonderful tomorrow, Shrugs the weight of life, In rich and poor alike, Enriches our beauty, An outpour of feelings, Warms others hearts, At their time of need, A comforting smile is all we need!! A ray of a smile, Cuts through the darkness, That surrounds our life, Makes new bonds, And strengthens old ones, Elevates our day, Above the way. When everything is perfect, A smile is a first and foremost expression, That makes the whole existence satisfied. A smile is what we need, To accomplish every need.

A Sneak Peak into SSVM Hostel Life

Image
A good day at SSVM, Enjoying boarding. Arrived on 18th September, Gave PCR test, For the COVID-19 check-up, Till the result came, Had a nice break, With zero classes, Until Tuesday when the results arrived. A good day at SSVM, Enjoying boarding. School had begun on 23rd, With two periods daily, Three hours continuously, Snacks came timely, Before the hour to play, Tennis courts were shut, Which prevented me from playing. A good day at SSVM, Enjoying boarding. Cumulative exams from 27th,  5 days after we came, Stretches till 1st of October, So I learnt, and learnt and learnt, Each day 5 hours of revision, 1 and half hours of examination, 7 subjects went like a breeze,  And I took a break. 3 days of torrential rain,  Water all over, Almost up to my ankle on the roads, I ran and bought cake, They gave me two, For there were very few, And given in haste. A good day at SSVM, Enjoying boarding. I am enjoying myself here, But yearn for the comforts of home.

Freedom - My view on Independence

Image
You can do what your mind says, But also you have to mend your ways, Gives us free will, to make our dear life loveable. Basic right of every citizen,  there is no unequal subjugation,  Flexible choice and action, to get us liberation. We have freedom of speech, and freedom of opinion. Our freedom entails, Future studies, life choices, and our basic traits. Freedom kindles relations, Allows us to receive everyone's affections. In many countries, Free will was seized,  And all the effort was to appease. Freedom had to be earned, Sacrifices were performed, For the country's greater good. Written in constitutions, Followed with zero objections.  Happy Independence Day!! Hear it from me on Youtube

Women Empowerment

Women constitute half the power and brains around the world; to make the world perfect, women's empowerment is necessary. Although there are laws on women empowerment, execution to the fullest to reach the grass-roots is completely lacking. Women give birth to children who become the next generation of man's successes and contributions. Women live with many burdens and numerous untold fears. They carry the burden of neglect and discrimination, household work, looking after siblings, and work outside the home. As growing girls, they live with the fear of not getting adequate attention, care, nourishment, medical attention, and education. The ancient and medieval periods portrayed women being abused for their various rights. The modern period is now recovering from the mistakes of their ancestors. Women are now allowed an education, voting which has eventually helped them flourish with flying colors in all fields holding top positions. A woman's health is to be given the utmo...

Characters : A Sage, three pupils, Farmer, King Once upon a time, there lived a sage by the name of Manikantha. He lived in an ashram on the banks of the river, Kaveri. He used to teach students who were the heirs of royalty, farmers, merchants, and people of other guilds. At that time king, Ramana ruled Kerela and the northern part of Tamilnadu. He had three sons, Prince Tanaka, Karu, and Kulya. They were very talented in warfare but they had no intelligence. Their father was worried about the future of the kingdom in his son's hands. Hence he asked the sage to teach his sons regarding wisdom and kingship.  The sage agreed and started teaching the princes. They were not familiar with that kind of environment. Hence it took them a lot of time to get used to life in the ashram. They were very quick learners, hence they learned the epics like the Vedas and Upanishads in no time. The sage then moved to advanced concepts like Physics, Ayurveda, Law, and debating. Within 3 years ...

Summer Camp 2019 - Day 7 - Summary

Image
I got up at 5:00am that day. I then woke up only three of them because I was angry with one. They always abused me. While Gaurav and Amogh bathed in our personal toilet, Poorvith and I went to the first floor and bathed as there was no crowd. When we finished bathing, dressed up and then drank milk and came. I woke Aditya up at 7:00am while we went for Vedic Chanting. He was bewildered and went to bathe. During the Vedic Chanting session, we had finished the "Medhasuktam" an Invocation to Saraswati. Swamiji took a test and won.  No Yoga session and it was replaced with stotram chanting. We chanted the "NamaRamayanam" and "Hanuman Stotram". After which was breakfast. At 10:30am, we took SPK Photos, Group Photos and The Camp Photo. Then the valedictory started. We performed out group skits one for each group.
